As an In-House Architect, I am providing solutions related to design & construction, resolving implementation issues, supervising architectural/finishes works, communicating with architects and consultants, providing drawings and 3D views as per requirement, selecting materials and managing project in given time.

Managing consultants, consultant’s liaison, contract administration, project management, mock up reviews, providing verbal and written updates to client on site works.

Providing technical design solutions to any problems encountered on site with focus on the construction phases of development. Responsible for architectural/finishes works on the project and certify on completion the installation. Monitor performance of the Contractor/Sub-contractor and identify, raise any quality issue. Review quality procedures and effectively implement plans across the project. Identify any particular site safety issues and bring to the notice of the contractor.

Superintending contractors/sub-contractors, contractor liaison, contract administration, project management and management of site safety, site inspections, reviewing submittals, pre-qualifications, method of statement, RFIs, issuing SWIs where needed, NCRs, quality control, submittal and mock up reviews, providing verbal and written updates to client on site works.
Also worked in Design Department as part-time Architect in Head Office where I’ve been obliged to work on defining client’s -goals and objectives, concept, design development, followed by feasibility study, presenting the proposal using latest architectural software, producing tender drawings.

Being the Head of the technical staff, my responsibilities include drawing out procedural guidelines, line of work and also help them with instant solutions remitting the hurdles erupt during the work. I enjoy managing the team of highly technical personnel that are working using latest technology like photogrammetry etc. so that company could achieve its targets by generating required output. Periodic performance appraisal of subordinates helps in providing Quality Assurance of the output for better project’s management.

I was responsible for development of architectural/interior design, followed by supervision for implementation of those designs from sketch to completion, pointing goals & objectives of client, brain storming, conceptualization of project, design development, followed by feasibility study, proposal presentation and achieving customer satisfaction by interpersonal skills, producing tender drawings, project management, QA/QC & leading the team to organizational targets effectively & most importantly efficiently.

My job initiates with defining client’s goals and objectives, Brain storming, Conceptualization of project, Design development, followed by feasibility study, presenting the proposal using latest architectural software like 3D Studio Max, Revit Architecture etc. and achieving customer satisfaction by interpersonal skills, producing tender drawings and directing the management of the product.

Primary duties include working on design concepts, design developments, details, models & to overlook the project on site.

As a Professional Instructor, I am privileged for being involved in teaching AutoCAD, Architectural Presentations, Rendering, Architectural Drawing, Architectural Drafting, Equipment and materials, graphic symbols and lettering, Free hand Drawing etc.

Being Architectural Software Trainee in Animation Dept., I not only learned but also did general project’s assignments on various software. And now I am confident in performing work on AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop thoroughly.

I have worked as an architecture internee and worked on Design Development, details and models of some projects in Architecture Division under the supervision of Senior Architect.
