I have Experience of around 11 years purely in different HR functions specifically in HR functional domains and emerging HR technologies . I started my career with Teradata as a recruitment consultant and later joined one of the biggest Telecom giants in Pakistan, Pakistan Telecommunication Limited as Assistant Manager Recruitment Talent Management. Then I worked with several international US and Saudi based clients in the domain HR and learning and development. Currently, I am working as Country Head in HR learning Matrix LLC heading US and East Asia region in hybrid position. Involved in talent hunt Programs for the students from Top Universities, (LUMS, IBA, NUST, and GIKI) as a developmental program for students, assigning them departments and GM’s as Mentors and SM’s as Coach and allocate them to different departments for learning. ➢ Coordinate with reputed head-hunters to identify the best resources as per company requirements.
