Developing state of the art Retail payment platform across the ZONE, providing all JSBL BB services through a number of retails outlets.
Motivate agents to increase transaction volume consistently.
Leading & mobilizing all retail teams in the ZONE.
Develops, implements own Job plans & monitors Job Plans of direct reports (BDEs)
Achieving monthly/quarterly/yearly targets assigned by the management.
Working closely with the Super Agent (Distributor) and evaluate their performance regularly.
Checking and certifying each and every detail appearing in agent application.
Ensuring completion of all documents pertaining to Agent application and correctness of information mentioned in Agent application form (e.g. Mobile number, address, Bank account details etc).
Ensuring follow up with relevant department for smooth processing of the Agent application, till the Agent goes live.
Ensuring that Agent is entered in the system within agreed TAT, after positive verification from relevant department.
Ensuring (through team) that the activated agent must start transactions within 15 days.
Conducting retail audits with respect to standard branding of the retail outlet and liaison with Super Agent (distributor) for any deviation.
Checking MVR of BDE on daily basis, to rectify problem (if any) immediately.
Responsible for weekly communication of MVR to his line manager.
Creating a healthy competitive environment amongst BDEs.
Maintaining healthy business relationship with customers (i.e. retailers)
Development of Agent & Merchant Base in areas with good potential for BB business. Ensure proper management of Agents with regular visits.
To achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets of all the transaction set.
To ensure agent services the customers/beneficiaries of G2P or B2P as per the terms & conditions agreed.
