Supervised construction work of the project. Involved various vertical and horizontal
structure such as footing, column, beam, slab and other major parts of building. Resolved
contract disputes and arranged any necessary material order changes Worked with contractors to complete project on time and within budget managed the
modification of all civil activities during my service period.
Checking of all civil works that carried out by the sub-contractors like fabrication and
installation of structural steel bar as well as concreting and finishing works.
Visual inspection on the surface condition of concrete works in order to identify any damages,
such as cracking and delamination.
Provided technical support to sub-contractor for the standard installation and material
specification including shop drawings and details.
Assist on-site construction team in resolving technical or engineering issues with
vendors and contractors relating to civil disciplines
Perform employee reviews and identify training and development opportunities for
subordinate civil personnel
Coordinate safety training and enforce safe work practices at all times in conjunction
with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor
Directing the site team with the leadership and assistance of the greater Construction
team.
Reviewed data processing reports for inventory stock levels,
Issued price, and added requirements. And maintain petty Cash for department.
Preparing monthly rent invoice for each Project
Maintain all vehicle breakdown report, summary, monthly cost.
Assist with material shipping.
