I have more than two years working experience as an Operations Coordinator at BTL OOH Concepts an Advertising Agency and two years working experience as a Supervisor at Media Scape a sister concern company of BTL OOH Concepts. Moreover I have done MBA (Insurance and Risk Management) from Hailey College of Banking & Finance. Before that I did my B.Com IT from Elite College of Commerce (Punjab University). Key subjects which I studied in MBA were Risk Management, Claims Management,Underwriting Management, Reinsurance, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Behaviour, Financial Management.
BTL OOH CONCEPTS is an advertising organization which advertises different companies & brands i.e. Fauji Foods, Coca Cola, Garnier, L’Oreal, Haleeb and Olpers, Shaukat Khanam, Sensodyne and etc. employing more than 150 employees. Company has its presence in major cities of Pakistan like Lahore, Multan, Karachi and Rawalpindi. At BTL OOH CONCEPTS, I am working as an Operations Coordinator & I perform following tasks:-
Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
Monitor & ensure maintenance of merchandising standards in assign t.
Train and supervise efficient working of merchant community.
Stocked and replenished merchandise according to store merchandising layouts.
