Accounts Department Duties
· Manage Daily expenses
· Manage All vouchers like (CPV, CRV, BPV, BRV, JVS) and prepare day book
· Prepare Debtors Ledger (A/R) AND Prepare Creditors Ledger (A/P)
· Dealing with insurance companies (Rates, Policies, Amendments, Invoices, Description)
· Maintain all filling, billing, invoicing, including everything.
· Documents Controlling
· Take care of office maintenance like (Electricity Repair, Sanitary, Compute, Furniture and fixture, Air condition, Car’s repair)
· Reporting to directors
Logistics & Sales Duties
· Rate dealing with clients
· Booking courier for DHL & FEDEX
· Guide to the customer for required documents.
· Make booking and receive tracking number, and Tracking number send to Customers
· Follow up of shipment until reach destination and payment collection
Maintain all the record regarding all the process
