• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.

• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
• Overseeing exit interviews

• Participating in administrative staff meetings
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Maintain attendance record of employees, maintain leaves, holidays record of employees, gather payroll data and prepare salaries, Preparation of Job descriptions, search New employees via different channels, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, Organize files of employees having all the necessary credentials, Letter formation (Offer, appointment, confirmation, warning letters, termination letters etc), Collect Provident Fund Data of employees and proceed accordingly, manage SIMs related issues, collection of bills and manage timely payments, arrangements of office Supplies, Schedule meetings and appointments of CEO, Note and prepare minutes of meetings, Organizing Staff training and sessions.
