• Responsible for the monthly close as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Responsible for recording and processing of supplier Invoices and Accruals by considering impact of taxes
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements of banks and Coordinate to resolve issues with bank
• Prepare monthly management reports to higher management
• Prepare tax information, tax schedules and coordinate tax work papers for tax group.
• Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all qualified requests.
• Review and adhere to department budgets and proposals if required
• Assist the financial director in creating financial reports on a regular basis
• Review the compliance of regulation regarding filing of statutory returns in Govt. institutions
• Preparing statutory financial statements of the organization
