Daily inputting of sales & purchase invoices to the finance system
Identifying and promoting cost-reducing measures
General ledger maintenance and purchase and sales ledger data entry
Preparation + Posting of company bills in ERP (Dynamics AX RIII)
Updating and entering journals fees collection and other transaction
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements of others Business Accounts (currently operative).
Contribute to drafting or reviewing primary financial statements according accounting standards.Assess the financial performance and position on monthly basis and report to management.Manage Accounts payable and relationships.Preparing management on monthly and weekly basis and sharing the results with top management.Coordination between departments for ensuring smooth operations.Supervision of payroll tasks and ensuring all the deadlines are being met.Ensuring that all the bills and customer invoices are booked correctly and on timely basis.Transferring bill payments and salaries to subcontractors and to employees.
