• Build and maintain a strong buyer network for sales
development and growth.
• Visit and attend meetings with buyers and relevant factories.
• Communicate with customers to clarify and reconcile different
matters (e.g., new inquiry, costing, quality, and delivery).
• Ensure same sampling and bulk quality.
• Communicate with the production department according to
the buyer\'s comment.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports as per demand.
• Issuance of Indent and arrangement of sales contracts.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers for shipment
planning and smooth execution of contracts.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and
efficiency.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Arrange and share all the documents between supplier and
customer like sale contracts, Letter of Credit, and a complete
set of shipping documents.
• Manage soft copies of all documents for company records.
• Keep updated status of sales for reporting to CEO.
