Train online/onsite students using cutting edge web technologies including Javascript, jQuery UI,React, Angular, Vue, Node, Express, dbms Mongo DB, MySQL, SQL Server (MERN/MEAN), frameworks(Wordpress, Laravel, CI), Test Automation (selenium Java), Java Android Apps, languages (C++, Java, Python, C#).  Also take online classes via Zoom after 9pm.
Student is able to design modern html/css templates within 2 weeks. Then we continue on Javascript and jQuery. Then we decide the course path for the student depending upon the progress of student in core front-end. We have also designed 1 year full stack diploma program for the learners (MEAN/MERN).

My primary responsibility was to analyze, design, develop, maintain and control desktop school
management ERP. We were four team members.
• Developed a strategy for the team
• Provided training to team members
• Listened to team members' feedback
• Monitored team members' participation
• Managed the flow of day-to-day operations
• Used C#, MS SQL Server, Business Intelligence
• Created web based version. Created custom WordPress themes, page templates and developed
modules as child plugins. Main modules include Financial, HR, Student Management, Teacher
Management, Class and Subject Management, Attendance Management, Grade Management, Parent
Portal, Fee Management, Timetable/Calendar Management, Exams and Assignments, Notification and
Messaging, Library Management, Transport Management. They key thing was that each plugin should
focus on one aspect of the ERP system, allowing for modularity and scalability.
I worked for Springfield Public School and College having seven branches in Rawalpindi. We, a team of
four developers, developed School Management ERP. Our head was Chartered Accountant. He was the
main source of information. He came to me to learn C#.NET. I tried to teach but we decided to hire a
team and I became lead. It took two years to develop basic design with four core modules. Most time we
spent on Financial Module. Our financial module costs 3,50000 PKR. We implemented in seven branches
as test which was successful then we implemented in Cadet College Gora Gali, Cadet College Batrasi and
one school in Wah Cantt. I was on fixed pay with 25% commision per sale.
In large organizations it is difficult to implement new MIS. It is difficult to break the clerical nature of
employees. We faced hurdle in Cadet College Gora Gali, delaying things, they were shy of doing data entry
then we did data entry with 4 data entry operators in one week. It was our first successful deployment.

•          Execute open source Smarty based HIMS for Railway General Hospital Rawalpindi. We automated Radiology and Pathology departments.
•          Developed Riphah Customer Support intranet web application for level-I and level-II support. This was part of CRM (Active Directory and gmail accounts system). We followed the problem solving (analyze, collect possible solutions, implement, test and then document) as 1. Read FAQ's, 2. Read support forum 3. Provide Chat as SaaS, 4. We collected all possible questions and developed possible answers. Client first sees this to solve the issue. If not solved then we presented ticket based system. If problem still not solved then we contacted vendor for solution by phone call, emails etc.
