Ensuring regular and timely support to project implementation team if they face any challenge or need clarity on information collection tools.
Collecting field information from field staff on daily basis and check it for any missing entries or errors and coordinate with them for timely correction.

The Information officer along with other organization staff will assist in the implementation of next round of IVAP. The goal of this assessment is to better understand the vulnerabilities and needs of each household of the affected population. The information gathered will be used as a tool to enable the effective and principled targeting of TDPs for assistance.
Responsibilities:
• Complete a comprehensive training to ensure correct usage of the Personal Data Assistant (Q-MOBILE), IRC rules and regulations, as well as the objectives and importance of the assessment
• Travel with assessment team to pre-identified locations with high concentrations of TDPs when required.
• Verify and validate the completion of data collection at the end of each household interview.
• Upload core information through calling all IVAP profiled TDPs and ensure all information is updated in the database from each household.
• Verifying exactly the same pattern and strategies of calling TDP families ensuring TDP beneficiary level information is kept highly confidential.
• Assist Senior Database Officers in cleaning record through calling TDP families and verifying certain information.
• Follow the exact Call Centre ethics/Protocols outlined in the field manual.
• Keep track of all the calls made for data management.
• Take direction and complete the tasks assigned to you by Field Supervisors and Manager Data Collection
• Conduct oneself with respect in all work with IRC, treating all persons (particularly TDPs and other team members) with dignity and professionalism
• Follow IRC’s security protocol and IVAP standard operational procedures at all times

Responsible for entering hard copy questionnaire forms into PDA devices with precision, and as per requirement generate the daily report from entered data.
