Professional experience of 5 years in different organization national and international organization , ACTED (INGO) , ABKT (PROVINCIAL NGO) , IKKT (LOWER DIR) ,MSF , DID MY MASTER IN SOCIAL WORK .
Data Collection and Data Encoding of different departments in the data base. Collection of Data from from different departments and encoding of data .
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will have the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Follow up with on the base line study.
2. Responsible for the Project database ensuring project information is up-to-date and accurate.
3. Develop and update the project monitoring plan and monitor the indicators of the project.
4. Recommend further improvement of the logical frame work.
5. Responsible for the data collection, compilation and analysis.
6. Responsible for designing and implementing the M&E activities of the Project.
7. Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success.
8. Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results.
9. Monitor the sustainability of the project's results.

Participates in need assessments, WASH actvities, feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses and community consultations;
Supports the development of agreements and MoUs with community based organizations or other civil society groups.
Guide and supervise the work of Community Mobilizers/Hygiene Promoters.
Guide and participate in the identification of CHPs.
Responsible for the arrangement of hygiene promotion sessions in community and schools.
Responsible for making arrangements for the distribution of hygiene kits and IEC materials.
Mobilize the community and groups to participate in the Hygiene Promotion sessions.
Elaborate all needs based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives of the programme and the beneficiary involvement strategy of ACTED.
Mobilizes the community in the effective use of the community resources for hygiene promotion.
Mobilize communities for the prioritizing of recovery activities and strategies.
Facilitates the capacity building and setup of representative community committees (steering committees).
Ensure, through daily dialogues and consultations that the strategy of the projects and the commitments of the various stakeholders are adhered to.
Responsible for mainstreaming gender
Maximize beneficiary contribution through mobilization and running awareness campaigns in community during hygiene promotion session.
Participate in NFI distributions whenever required.
Supports in the development of IEC materials for all activities implemented.
Responsible for the compilation of data and preparation of daily and weekly reports
Regular monitoring and reporting of the proejct
. To conduct WASH assessment on targeted area
. To demonstrate the use of WASH specific items which need special knowledge for operation and maintenance, .especially when using chemical i.e. water purification tablets, water treatment equipment.

. To inform local authority and health department if there is outbreak in community that requires immediate response
. To document schedule plan, field report and update to Hygiene Promotion Team Leader in timely manner
Participates in need assessments, Participatory Rural Appraisals, feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, formation of community organizations and community consultations.
Liaises with Governmental and non Governmental Agencies.
Supports the development of agreements and MoUs with community based organizations or other civil society groups.
Elaborate all needs based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives of the programme and the beneficiary involvement strategy of ACTED.
Mobilizes the community in the effective use of the community resources.
Mobilize communities for the prioritizing of recovery activities and strategies.
Facilitates the capacity building and setup of representative community committees (steering committees).
Identifies unskilled and skilled Cash For Work beneficiaries in close cooperation with the steering committee.
Ensure, through daily dialogues and consultations that the strategy of the projects and the commitments of the various stakeholders are adhered to.

The Community mobilizers should develop in-depth knowledge of all their villages of intervention and should have close contacts with community leaders, volunteers, and activists.
Support and supervise daily skilled and unskilled workers / project volunteers and give them useful instruction regarding their work improvement, through coordination with the relevant skilled staff;
Providing technical guidance, training and support to individuals targeted by each project in line with the programme strategy and intended output[s];
Ensure on time completion of the tasks in line with BoQs and designs;
Liaising with programme staff of other ACTED teams to ensure that information is shared
