Responsible to lead and manage the HR functions and accountable for the entire HR activities, such as Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Induction, Training and Development, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, HR Operations and MIS.
Manage to work on SAP Modules (HCM & SuccessFactors) & HR Operations, Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Work with Talent Acquisition & Marketing team on branding efforts with an aim to attract potential talent & support the Talent Acquisition team in spotting, sourcing and engaging with top talent available.
Ensure key recruitment metrics like source of hire, cost of hire and time to hire are effectively managed and adhered to for the organization.
Motivate employees through by enforcing employee engagement activities, special events, incentive programs and constructive feedback.
Monitor and handle employee claims involving performance-based and harassment incidents.
Manage the Learning and development programs for all employees at GAT Logistics. Monitor and drive the completion of mandatory training across the company. Work with the central Quality Assurance team to develop a training strategy for the Company and identify training needs .
Drive Performance Management for all staff. Work with BUH, Facility Head and Dept. Heads of concern team on promotion, compensation review programs and merit increases as part of the annual appraisal process. Ensure all grievances are addressed and due process followed with non-performers.
Work with company CEO to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and employee services by performing several tasks and keep employee handbook update.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process conduct Initial interviews.
Payroll Processing of Employees, Attendance, Shift & Leave Management.
Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks and support the management on disciplinary and grievance issues.
Ability to handle exit formalities, knowledge and competency in employee full and final process and take extra effort to keep everything professional and right.
Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, and safety and Administers benefits programs such as allowances, sick leave, annual leaves, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
Manage and Update complete Employee's Life Cycle (on boarding to separation).
