Make the Landed cost sheet and GRN of every shipment. To arrange Transportation from Port to Factory and Bonded ware house.. Support to Treasury Department where needed making of Pay orders & cheques.Discuss with shipping companies freight rate of all FOB & Ex-work shipment. EIF, Form E filling in WeBoc. Assist Export process with consignee to term and condition and follow shipment till to arrive at consignee. Assist logistic process from port to factory and plan finished good items send to our distributors all over the country. Negotiate price with term with suppliers/ vendor and freight forwarders. Build relationships within the company with vendors/supplier and forwarders.
Currently My responsibilities are to Maintains receiving materials from vendors, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Completes Store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
