Responsibilities
Working as site engineer at weir site including construction of flushing section, lateral intake, fish ladder, sand trap, headrace channel, power house, switch yard, power house control building.
Architectural works of Power house control building.
Bridges, Power house slope cuts, Retaining walls, Fence
Planning and execution of all construction works at site as per issued shop drawings.
Checking of drawings and quantities.
Dealing with consultant staff for daily works and inspections.
Ensuring that all material used and worked performed are as per project specification.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Preparation of all kinds of civil work method statements
Day to day management of site, including supervising and monitoring of man power and machinery
Daily site meetings with consultant staff and EM contractor regarding parallel site activities
Planning and efficiently managing site activities to meet agreed deadlines
