Training Development:


Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training materials, curricula, and resources related to housing and land rights.
Organize and facilitate training sessions for project beneficiaries, partner organizations, and community members.
Ensure training programs align with project goals and address the unique needs of diverse communities.

2.Monitoring and Evaluation:

Develop a comprehensive M&E framework to assess the effectiveness and impact of project interventions.
Establish data collection methods, tools, and protocols to track project progress and outcomes.
Regularly collect, analyze, and report on project data, including qualitative and quantitative indicators.

3.Data Analysis and Reporting:

Interpret data and findings to generate reports and recommendations for program improvement.
Present M&E findings to project stakeholders, including team members, donors, and partners.
Implement adjustments to project strategies based on M&E insights.

4.Capacity Building:

Provide guidance and training to project staff, community members, and partners on M&E principles and best practices.
Foster a culture of learning and accountability within the project team.

5.Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers, community leaders, and partner organizations to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Participate in regular team meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote project sustainability.

Development of Biometric Software flowcharts, algorithms development and project SOPs and guidelines drafting.
Responsible for training material development for services on biometric. Maintaining log for all queries and lesson learning.
Ensure proper application of internal mentoring mechanisms and templates for quantitative and qualitative monitoring of the service delivery.
Conduct physical monitoring of the projects as per field monitoring plans and submits comprehensive reports to M&E manager and SPO.
Capacity building of M&E team through trainings and systems development.
Assesses capacity for successful implementation of ME Plan and work including staff skills and knowledge, data entry and data storage systems and develop strategies for increasing capacity.
Support and train M&E Officers and Field Team on data collection tools and processes.
Support to conduct worskshops as needed on M&E methodologies aand approaches for PR and SR staff.
Through M&E support visits evaluate performance of CoPC+ Sites, and share findings with line manger to ensure regular capacity building of staff as per need.
Support team in development and finalization of field M&E reports.
Assist Manager M&E in development of monitoring and evaluation SOPs, protocols and systems for organization

• Performance measurement framework development
• Monitoring action plan development
• To ensure that reports reflect organization strategies, policies, programming framework and project management tools.
• Coordinate the implementation of baseline surveys, follow‐on monitoring and evaluation exercises for various initiatives in the project field.
• Organize and coordinate lessons learnt workshops/review of program
work plans with partners and other stakeholders
• To carry out regular field visits to project areas, prepare and disseminate monitoring visit reports to concerned stakeholders for effective and timely decision making
• Maintain effective and efficient flow of timely and quality reports submission from districts to province and hence to country office
• Staff capacity building regarding Monitoring & Complaints handling mechanism
