In Systems Limited (SL), I was responsible to handle foreign projects related to the Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO). In my tenure at SL, I had successfully worked on eight different projects and handled various teams simultaneously. All the projects were data projects and my duties were to get training from American client, prepare different documents including flow charts, implementation plan and ramp-up plan etc., training teams, implementing projects, managing projects, preparing different reports for SL’s senior management and for the client as well. I have also prepared & presented weekly, biweekly and monthly presentations to client in conference calls.

Descon Information Systems formerly known as Descon IT24 contributed a lot to get me in outsourcing industry. Working as an assistant supervisor was a great learning opportunity for me about managing team and project. I started in same as assistant supervisor, promoted as Supervisor in rush period and worked as quality controller (QC) as well.
