Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
Ensures the completeness and accuracy of Tender Requirements.
Maintain all records relevant to Tenders, Quotations and Contract agreement.
Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third- party contracts.
Responds to any inquiries from the customer.
Update the software (Oracle NetSuite) According to the Proposal /Tenders.
To prepare tender & quotations of all region.
To correspondence with sales person regarding tender issues and resolve it.
To maintain the records of tender in file manually.
To review and manage the customer enquiry process into a cost effective / workable solution.
Timely and error free reporting to higher management.
To solve day to day issues.
