o IT Infrastructure: Serving more than 600 users and 1000+ network nodes that includes Servers, Computers, Laptops, Printers, security cameras, NVR, Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls, and other peripherals). IT Asset Management and hardware installation, Monitoring and Event log analysis.
o Network Communications: Network Management (LAN, VLAN, WLAN, internet, WAN, VPN) including communications routing and structured cabling

o Service Management: Managing and configuring Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure services, local server configuration and build. Liaise with partners, suppliers and service providers for support and service agreements.
o Infrastructure Setup: Established infrastructure from ground-up using Azure cloud services (Virtual Machine, Azure Active Directory Domain Services, Azure Firewall, Virtual Network, Azure Disk storage). The local area network was setup using CISCO Meraki layer 3 switches and Meraki MX84 firewall/Gateway.
o Local Applications Server: Deployed Windows 2019 server on local On premises Dell EMC R750XS rack mount hardware. This server hosts critical applications and data. VMware (ESXI) was used to create multiple virtual machines.
o IT Service Management: I was using Zoho desk for managing support tickets. I had a team of support engineers who were assigned tasks based on their skills and domain.
o Data Storage: OneDrive was setup for cloud backup, storage, sharing and repository. SharePoint was also setup for central documents library of organization. NAS devices were setup for local storage services.
o Microsoft 365: The organization was setup to use M365 products suite, so all configurations, installations, and support was provided. Automation of SharePoint lists and library was done using Power Automate.
o Communication and Training: Developed and executed communication plans and training programs to inform employees about the changes and equip them with the necessary skills to adapt to new processes and systems.
o Performance Monitoring: Established performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the IT team, enabling quick adjustments and continuous improvement.
o Successful Transformation: Contributed to the successful implementation of the transformation initiatives, resulting in improved operational efficiency and a more agile organization
o IT Infrastructure Improvements: The already running setup was not sufficient enough to meet the growing needs, moreover there were issues identified. So I proposed and implemented infrastructure changes which includes network load balancer, control and monitoring system, SAN devices and upgraded to Wi-Fi 5 network.
