Conflict Sensitive Early Recovery Support to Flood Affected Communities.

To be responsible to monitor the process for implementation of project activities against the contextualized quality benchmarks (QBs).
To be responsible in facilitating in gauging the project achievements, including implementation of activities as per the proposed design approach.
To be responsible in facilitating in evidence based support in evidence-informed decision- making by the program and operation teams, by indicating area of improvement for necessary course corrections.
To be responsible for recording the learnings by conducting different review meetings, post distribution monitoring and planned surveys/research study.
To be responsible to ensure accountability to the affected population, in compliance with the common humanitarian standards.
To be responsible in helping in establishing feedback response mechanism from the initial implementation stage, to ensure responsible and inclusive service delivery.
Regular compilation of field monitoring information and generation of Programme monitoring reports at project level for further reporting to the Project Manager. Provide technical support to the field teams in beneficiary assessments.
To collect and catalogue relevant case studies, photographs and captions from the field. Monitoring of all Programme related documentation/record keeping/data entry and ensuring that it meets the desired standard/criteria.
Maintain effective and efficient flow of timely and quality reports submission from project to RO/Donor Validate.
Programme progress reported by the implementation teams. To maintain all relevant record in appropriate manner as per the project requirements.
Any other assignment given by the Project Manager/RGM.

Duties and Responsibilities

Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation Systems.
Technical and Systems Development.
Contribute to the development and updating of the country MEAL strategy, the consolidated MEAL work plan and MEAL frameworks for ECHO project;
Implement the MEAL policies and procedures as described in the ACTED MEAL standard guidelines and make sure that the tools are followed as applicable;
Contribute to an effective rollout of ECHO project’s M&E collection and reporting systems to all staff and partners through training, site visits, manuals, and other technical support as needed.
He/she will monitor the performance of in place protocols aimed at minimizing risk of harm to the children, adults and vulnerable population, or any adverse impact upon them.
The candidate shall ensure compliance with ACTED`s safeguarding policies and procedures. He/she is expected to attend all staff and volunteers training on child protection or working with adults at risk (SAFEGUARDING).
He/she shall ensure that ACTED`s strategic vision related to cross-functional work-streams of safeguarding, gender and inclusiveness are ensure at all levels.
Candidate will help reduce and manage risk for the children, adults and vulnerable population and for the organization.

 MEAL Implementation and Management

Carry out assessments, monitoring and evaluations (baselines, mid-terms, end lines) as reflected in the TORs and mission plan;
Oversee the implementation of appropriate data collection and analysis instruments, methodologies (e.g. survey questionnaires, focus group discussions, key-informant interviews) and data/information dissemination/utilization plans;
Closely supervise and support in data collection activities and ensure that data collection teams are organized and resourced as needed, and that they deliver as per field mission plans and according to data quality standards;
Maintain electronic and/or paper-based MIS systems for tracking and reporting all quantitative data and information including reporting on ECHO project’s log frame indicators;
Analyze MEAL data and produce reports, fact sheets with useful statistical analysis and presentation (charts, tables, histograms, box plots) as necessary in a timely manner;
Report on qualitative and quantitative input, process, output, outcome and impact, level indicators for ECHO project;
Provide data to the Project Development Team for use in preparation of reports to donors and other stakeholders, as required;
Provide MEAL related capacity building and awareness to implementing partners and other institutions supported by ACTED as appropriate;
Represent ACTED in different forums on MEAL related issues when required.

 Others

Forward all complaints and suggestions received while in the field to the appropriate accountability officer.
Provide regular and timely updates on progress and challenges to supervisors and other team members;
Participate in MEAL-related conferences and workshops when possible and stay up to date of best practices and new knowledge created in the field of MEAL;
Perform any other related activities as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Participate in 6 to 7 days training programme.
Obtain the field data collection material including code and sample list, contact.

with charger and power bank and complete training kit during training.
Contact local officials in each District to inform them about the data collection

To ensure exams are taken in a comfortable environment.
To support candidates helping them find their seats, to understand how to comply with regulations and to answer any questions.
To give the invigilator announcements before exams start, either by using a microphone or projecting your voice.
To monitor students attendance and behavior in the examination room carefully and to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations is followed.
