2-Detail study of components as per drawing for first piece approval.
3-Inspection of components and finding out its failure causes on assembly line.
4-Testing of components on test Rig and evaluation of components performance.
5-Calibrate the products to the standards given by the Customers.
6-To do correspondence with customers and vendors.
7-To ensure and recheck the inspection of each product.
8-Calibrate of all measuring Tools.
9-To control and maintained the all activities in department.
10-Calibration of Gauges.
11-Inspection of Gears through Gear Roller Tester.
12-Assy. Line fault analysis Engine Assy. Plant & Tractor Assy. Plant.
13-Undertake quality inspection of components inspected at Rig Inspection area.
14- Production of monthly market updates.
15- Data analysis of field failure parts and RCA.
16- Analysis of demand and expectations of customers.
17- Development of Key performance indicators for customer satisfaction
