Collection and compilation of FP PACE data in a timely manner from IRC supported health facilities by ensuring data quality standards.

Primarily responsible for handling & managing the database, generation of visual reports and preparation of monthly quarterly yearly reports such as graphical , theoretical data reports.
Preparation of monthly consolidated plan of the targeted agencies and its sharing with WFP
Oversee the coordination to customize organization’s MIS system and smooth implementation for program.
Provide orientation and technical backstopping to the Partner Organizations for smooth, timely and maximum optimization of MIS for progress data entry and reporting

Generating and writing SQL queries and producing summary reports when required.
Working on database tools especially on MS ACCESS and MS Excel.
Cross Check of data with hard data and correct them.
