• I came to know about the working of all 50 sections of Ministry of Defence especially
admin and HR such as recruitment policies and procurement methodologies.
• Learned about correspondences, notes, and files with their respective categories. I
learned the procedure of how a file is forwarded from a section officer to the
Secretary through Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary and Additional Secretary and
vice versa.
• Visited and learned about the working of attached departments of Ministry of
Defence that includes Pakistan Military Accounts Department, Survey of Pakistan,
Military Land and Cantonment and FGEI directorate.

Customer Acquisition
• Worked on attracting new customers to Bykea (that involved bring consumers down
the marketing funnel from brand awareness to purchase decision) from Rawalpindi
and Islamabad. Brought 300 new customers (active/non-active) in one week
through different marketing campaigns.
• Sponsored a futsal event in Ayub Park (Rawalpindi) and started a campaign in Giga
Mall for brand awareness.
• Gave them ideas for business expansion that includes collaboration with Easy paisa
and Quetta Cafes that proved very fruitful.
Supply Generation
• Worked on bringing new bike partners (bike supply) for Bykea. Brought 40 active
supplies in 2 days from Bahria Town (Phase 1-8) and DHA 1 Islamabad.

• Supported entire IT system administration. Solved network and technology related
problems.
• Provided network installation services at New Islamabad International Airport.
• Implemented quality checks that eliminated system error and resulted in increase in
10 % efficiency.

• Framed presentations for General Manager Policy and Compensation for his
meetings.
• Wrote summaries of MOUs of PIA with other organizations.
• Wrote circulars for the staff i.e., Warning for spreading fake news against PIA in
different WhatsApp groups.
• Updated employees record and Job assignments and maintained highest level of
confidentiality.
