Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily Production plan schedules.2. Ensuring that daily production goals are achieved.3. Preparing detailed shift reports that include employee performance, any incidents, and resource usage.4. Keeping track of inventory and managing supplies to ensure the shift runs efficiently without shortages.5. Handle customer and employee complaints.6. Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.7. Assign duties to employees.

Different Responsibilities Perform:
1. Real-time visual inspections of production to ensure that the product meets quality standards.2.Physically check products during production to ensure proper assembly of product, correct molding during real-time production. It is confirmed that there are no defects in the product's.3. Perform quality testing of products produced by PET machines, Injection Blow, and Blow Molding Machines.4. Manage product complaints related to defects or issues that arise during production.5. Generate Corrective Action Requests (CAR) to address and resolve problems with the production department, ensuring that production quality is maintained.6. Create reports on the condition of molds and notify department seniors about necessary mold repairs or potential issues affecting the production schedule.7. Inspections of incoming materials and goods to verify their quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet required standards and specifications before use in the production process.8.Create and maintain documentation related to product inspections, including test results, quality checks, and any corrective actions taken.

Different Responsibilities Perform:
1. Maintains and improves product quality during production.2. Online quality of Parts and maintaining smooth process and making Reports.3. Pre delivery Inspections of OEM (Original Equipment manufacturer), Industrial Packaging & Traffic Accessories parts.4. Industrial packaging parts different test Perform during inspection (Drop test, Inverse test, stacking test, Bending test, Leak test) etc.5. Making Gate pass, SIR and Making Industrial packaging part COA (Certificate of Analysis) and COA entry in sap business.6. Making of New product PCCL (Process check control list).7. Making of New Product Checkpoints.8. Inspection of receiving good form Vendor.9. Inspection new development OEM parts with the help of drawing like Toyota, Honda and Pak Suzuki etc.10. Inspection of new developed parts with the help of part inspection standard sheet and part inspection on checking fixture.
