• Process Field Force Salaries according to their attendance data
• Process the Head Office & Field Force Monthly Expenses According to their tracking
• Maintain Employees Personal Files and Paper Work
• Compile Employees Data in one Excel File
• Manage and transfer the FF Monthly Promotional Budget and their Adjustments in Accounts Department
• Prepare the FF Incentive according to their Sales Achievements on Monthly Basis
• Process the Clearance files of Ex-Employees
• Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company
• Check Head Office staff attendance on daily basis
• Organizing and managing new employee orientation, onboarding and training programs
• Any other assignment given by seniors
Responsibilities:
a. Manage store and prepare Inventory Report
b. Prepare attendance Report of staff
c. Check Cleanliness of Front of the house as well as back of the house after closing
d. Prepare Following Reports in everyday closing
