Human Resource Management and Recruitment:
Assistance to HR Manager during recruitment process in preparing and compiling interview files and proceeding further with interview process.
Prepared and updated employee HR files regularly.
Obtained background information, recruitment requisition forms and Terms of References (ToRs) from project coordinators or Head of sections in relation to vacant position to be filled and prepared the necessary administrative documentation.
Maintained digital and electronic records of employees and updated monthly leaves record of employees.

Prepared, updated, and reviewed monthly timesheet filing of the staff.

Project Management (Operations):

Provided support in training of project staff on company policies, SOPs and Guidelines and client rules and regulations (covering as required security, occupational health and safety, risk management, planning, human resource management, monitoring, reporting, finance, procurement, logistics, IT, communications, audit support and all other operations matters).
