I have had been working as Project Engineer (Lead E&I Works) (Electrical, Instrumentation & Control) & Planning Engineer (Lead Planner for Mechanical, E, I&C and Chemicals) (By The Platform of Albario Engineering PVT Limited) from May 2009 to Feb 2010 at Sapphire Electric Power plant (Combined Cycle Power Plant) having capacity of 234MW, GE Frame#6FA turbine & MK-VI (MARK-VIe) Control System. My responsibilities included but not limited to the following.
• Gas Turbines: All instrumentation Installation, calibration & Loop checks, Testing of GE’s Turbine Control system MK-VI (Speedtronic Mark-6 Control System) with Commissioning of miscellaneous electrical & instrumentation system) for complete turbine Start-up (With GE’s Technical Advisor).
• HRSG: (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) Electrical & Instrumentation installations, Calibration & Testing with all E&I system’s commissioning with Start-up
(Siemens Instrumentation & Auma’s Motor Operated Valves).
• Steam Turbine: (Siemens Electrical equipments and Instrumentation Installation, Testing, Commissioning, & Complete system’s Start-up).
• Feed Water Pumps: Siemen’s Instrumentation & Electrical Equipment Installation with commissioning & Start-up.
