❖ Execution From the PO feeding, Accessories posting in the system AMS (APPERAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM), Inspection Documentation (Packing List, Contract, summary of packing list, Lab Test Report, And Invoice)
❖ Preparation of production Status (Production, Fabric, cutting) daily.
❖ Communication with the client to update contract(location, price, customs) and daily production status specifically 3rd party member. E.g., IBO Office.
❖ Update Tech packs and conduct Trial meetings (Risk Assessment Meeting, Pilot Run) for product production to more successfully approached towards the Bulk production.
❖ Preparation of Audit Files PPK Wise (All the documents and accessories, Confirmation of PPC files as per updated PPK
❖ Accessories feeding and follow-up of Production as per TNA
❖ Coordinate with PPC as well as MRP for the Cutting&Febric, yarn demand etc. of PO
❖ Booking shipment Go-ahead po to po
❖ Know D.T.S.( Direct to store) Model of JCP.
❖ Resigned from the MTM As an Assistant Manager 2024 due to career advancement
