The project is based on Scaling-up Extreme Poverty Graduation and Climate Change Resilience in Disaster Vulnerable Communities.

Providing technical assistance & support to the project team in the implementation of the project. The project will focus on graduating from extreme poverty, improved socio-economic wellbeing, dignity, and empowerment; and strengthened resilience to anticipate, adapt, absorb, and respond to disaster and climate-related risks
Coordinate the development of all project implementation plans and budgets within the framework of the agreed programme and strategy.
Assist and advise the area management in securing donor funding in the project implementation area
Oversee project design and proposal preparations for institutional and public funding in accordance with the Global practices.
Develop project implementation strategy based on community led implementation model ensuring community participation and resource allocation
Ensure with the Finance the establishment and maintenance of organizational financial management and accounting systems for all organizational assessment and response activities and assets.

Collaborate with the project team to develop livelihood programs tailored to the needs and capacities of the beneficiaries, Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential livelihood opportunities, considering local resources and market demands, Develop training materials and curricula for livelihood skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship, Conduct training sessions for beneficiaries to enhance their skills and knowledge, enabling them to pursue income-generating activities, Provide guidance on developing business plans, managing finances, and accessing relevant resources.

Project Management: Overall responsibility for projects in the NRM domains including agriculture, conservation, land and water based interventions.
Contribute on the overall annual plan and tracking achievements against the plan on fortnightly basis.
Technical inputs: Provide technical inputs for the project and guide the field teams.
Team Productivity: Manage and guide the team towards ensuring efficient project deliveries.
Documentation and interface: Responsible for developing content for dissemination, and for all reports and communication with stakeholders.

Project: Food Secure and Resilient FATA through food for assets and DRR in Tribal District - UNWFPResponsibilities

Develop strategies/methods and implement the activities related to the Food/cash base project in accordance with the donor specifications, timeframe and budget allocated.
Conducting regular monitoring Field visits of Project areas.
Provide orientations on project as per proposals to staff members internally and externally as and when needed.
Coordinate with WFP on all projects related activities and devise joint strategies for project implementation.
Support FRD Management in defining and implementing the key project performance indicators (KPI) as well as monitoring them throughout the duration of the projects.
Assist in developing data collection formats and undertake regular data collection on all project components, analyze data and prepare regular updates/reports of the progress for the management

Undertakes field visits to monitor programmes, as well as conducts periodic programme reviews with government counterparts and other partners.  Provides technical advice and assistance to government officials and other partners in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programme.
Work with the line departments on the online monitoring systems and to advance the EMIS section of DoE FATA.
Arrange the training on Monitoring systems to identify the needs of the departments and make comprehensive strategy to overcome the needs.
Assists government authorities in planning and organizing the projects in FATA. Identifies training needs and objectives for the purpose of capacity building, programme sustainability, as well as promotion and advocacy.

Support the District Financial Commission to draw up the final output based budget for CDLD activities
Support training in grant management, contracting CBOs, financial management, financial reporting and overview internal financial controls including financial reporting, spot checks, and preparation and interpretation of financial report.

Project: Strengthening climate resilience of agricultural livelihoods funded by Climate Fund

Support field team/project teams in ensuring climate change mainstreaming in assessments and implementation
Assist in activity planning, give advice on exchange and coordination mechanisms to increase the communities’ resilience against climate change
Monitor Project progress against both Project and budgetary targets, suggest adjustments to project design as necessary
Prepare timely and high-quality Project and donor reports on project activities in compliance with internal organization requirements and any relevant external donor requirements
Effectively design and implement a regular monitoring system in collaboration with MEAL Unit.

Maintain the proposals, grants, report and assessments/evaluation tracking systems;

Support in needs assessments, data collection, and needs assessment reporting as necessary to feed into project design;
Assist with all internal and external reporting, ensuring high-quality, well- written and timely reports meeting USAID and IRC requirements.
Work closely with the Grants Coordinator to develop and maintain standardized project sub-award administrative, monitoring, reporting and evaluation tracking tools;
Work with operations and finance department in ensuring that relevant donor procurement and financial rules are followed for sub-awards

Responsible for providing programmatic guidance and support to the Partner Organizations of respective Local Rights Programme (LRP) of Action Aid Pakistan Country Programme.
Strengthen partner’s staff capacities particularly in sustainable livelihood programming
Led partnership appraisal process for strategic partnerships with NGOs for FATA and KP
Design and support the partners to execute the sustainable agriculture strategies in the field
