Providing technical assistance & support to the project team in the implementation of the project. The project will focus on graduating from extreme poverty, improved socio-economic wellbeing, dignity, and empowerment; and strengthened resilience to anticipate, adapt, absorb, and respond to disaster and climate-related risks
Coordinate the development of all project implementation plans and budgets within the framework of the agreed programme and strategy.

Develop strategies/methods and implement the activities related to the Food/cash base project in accordance with the donor specifications, timeframe and budget allocated.

Provide orientations on project as per proposals to staff members internally and externally as and when needed.

Project: Strengthening climate resilience of agricultural livelihoods funded by Climate Fund
Support field team/project teams in ensuring climate change mainstreaming in assessments and implementation
Assist in activity planning, give advice on exchange and coordination mechanisms to increase the communities’ resilience against climate change
Monitor Project progress against both Project and budgetary targets, suggest adjustments to project design as necessary
Prepare timely and high-quality Project and donor reports on project activities in compliance with internal organization requirements and any relevant external donor requirements
Effectively design and implement a regular monitoring system in collaboration with MEAL Unit.
