These activities may include copy services office supplies administrative assistance records management fleet management cleaning and maintenance services creation services facilities management reception and communication systems.Liaise with managers to ensure office administration policies programs and activities are appropriate for their needs .Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.Develop and maintain the Document Management System.Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support.Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required.Process incoming documentation (registration in the database, internal distribution, archiving)Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entryCheck source documents for accuracyVerify data and correct data where necessaryObtain further information for incomplete documentsUpdate data and delete unnecessary filesmaintain logbooks or records of activities and tasksrespond to requests for information and access relevant filescomply with data integrity and security policiesMaking Employees RF ID Cards.Making Shipping Lines, Agents & Vendors staff cards.Making Gate Pass.
