Oversee international sales, promotions, and campaigns.
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally
To support customers in making purchases and resolving issues after sales
Communicating and negotiating with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on similar industry activities; making recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.
Analysing potential new products/media to enhance sales
Managing the performance of international carriers, and freight forwarders
Ensuring compliance with international laws relating to import and export procedures
Evaluating trade-offs between transportation costs, inventory costs and service levels
Assisting in routing for all import/export finished goods and raw material shipments
Providing data analysis that drives service and cost savings through KPIs and various metrics
Responsible for import and export ocean and air pricing
Coordinating office activities and operations.
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance. Manage travel arrangements/appointments etc., for the CEO.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
Day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Keeping and managing employee leaves.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
