I have completed my Graduation in Business Administration - BBA(Hons) specialized in Marketing from University of Education Lahore (Sep-2017) having 3.58 CGPA.Currently I'm working in a marketing research agency "Iris Communications" as a "Research Officer" for last 1 year and 5 months. Where I observe and measure customer service, product quality and the general environment of establishments to help business increase sales by assisting in improving customer service awareness.I've 3 months training tenure and 1 year job experience in FMCG company"Shakarganj Foods Group" as a "Business Development Officer" (BDO), where I involved in various business operations by leading a team and effective management and helped the organization to achieve their availability, visibility and accessibility (AVA) with increase in productivity of the product and focused on business requirements analysis for further growth.I'm proficient in computer applications, verbal and written communication skills and have ability to create and maintain a great working relationship with my team.

I have excelled as a Research Officer by handling different projects for (Banks, Telecommunications, Pumps, FMCGs etc) to evaluate customer experiences and identify areas for quality improvement.
To observe and measure customer service, product quality and the general environment of their establishments.
Evaluate employees, facility maintenance, and other criteria as directed.
Submit written reports detailing observations as per given KPIs.
