Capacity building of Community Members/Leaders and ensuring timely interventions as per project targets
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for all community Institution managerial capacity-building training.
Record Keeping of CIS, Interventions, MIS Database at office and Community level.
"Monitoring of all training conducted by field staff/CRP/lMSD at community or office level.
Responsible for all interventions (CIF/IGGNTPNIP/KG/LCH/ED) supervision at the community level.
Supervise and Manage the Team and community activists.
Responsible for CIF/ED loan recovery.
Responsible for all Cl's formation and Training in their concerned located unit Offices/lJCs
Responsible for all VO Training in Districts
interpersonal and coordination/communication skills
Computer skills in MS office 365 Level
Responsible for all LSO Training in Districts
Responsible for all VTP Training in Districts
To prepare an annual plan for implementation of all districts
Data Management of all training
Monitoring of all training at field unit levels/district level
Responsible for SMT community training (as per MOU between HRD and PIU)
To prepare training manuals (for community training)
Any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate Supervisor

Carefully review monitoring plans assigned to you on a regular basis by the field coordinator.
Prepare in advance before each field visit by making sure you understand the checklists and scope of work to be carried out
During the field monitoring visits, you should mostly refrain yourself to the scope of monitoring (already approved checklists, etc.) but you should also take note and report material deviations outside the agreed scope of monitoring
We also encourage you to note positive observations and include them in your reports and observations.
You need to make sure that you submit your reports to your supervisor in a timely and complete manner. It is your responsibility to understand the reporting requirement.

Work with individuals, groups, and communities to improve mental health
Encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences
Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, self-image, stress, and suicide
Help clients define goals, plan action, and gain insight
Refer clients to psychologists and other services
Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care

Introduce PLAN­WASH Project to local communities & formation of CO/VSC/LSO
Carry out field related project activities on prescribed formats
Identify & access community ResourcePerson(CRPs), training of CRP School Teachers community members, UC secretaries, Govt officials and other stakeholders on PATS approach
Maintaining good relations with communities, notable and local contact persons to involve them in project activities and seek their support wherever required.
Provide technical advice to the District Coordinator on all WASH and Environmental Health issues.
As a Master Trainer, Provide project-level and field-level capacity in the sector for staff, communities and local government
To conduct training regarding operation and maintenance of water supply and sanitation facilities, Disaster Risk Reduction-DRR, Child Rights, Gender Equity, Environmental Pollution, and Record-Keeping.
Keep close inter-sector coordination through mainstreaming DRR with WASH activities.
Mobilize/Sensitize local communities towards project activities
Develop Village & Schools Profiles  Prepare Reports on the target areas where fieldwork can be carried out using specific PRA tools for Baseline data.
Coordinate closely with the project teams for timely implementations of WASH interventions.
Submit the weekly report to the supervisor.
Undertake field visits &surveys in order to deliver the project i.e. Pre & post Triggering activities
Participate in establishing effective monitoring information and reporting system and in the development of communication materials and strategies to promote community participation.
Providing Data of the field to Monitoring & Evaluations section on weekly basis
Responsible for coordination with all stakeholders at the Union Councils level.
Perform other related as required.
Any other task is given by RGM, Project Manager, or Project Coordinator.

Preparing daily lesson plans, Developing children’s interests, abilities and coordination
Maintaining discipline in the classroom
Supervising students throughout the day, both in the classroom and outside during breaks.
Attending staff meetings and training and development sessions.
Assessing and evaluating students’ educational progress and abilities.
Setting and conducting testing
Discussing students’ progress with parents and guardians.
