Internee Engineer
Internship duration was four weeks.
Internship department was Laboratory & Mixing Tyre Division. Took hands on training of different equipments related to rubber testing like Rheometer, Melting Point Tester, Viscometer, Mixing grader, Hardness tester, Abrasion tester, Drum abrasion Tester, Plunger tester, & Flex Cracking tester perform all tests related to these equipments. Learn all steps of mixing and compounding of a rubber sheet like Direct compounding, Two step compounding (Master Batch, Final Batch) & about recipes of different products.
Internee Engineer
Internship duration was 1 month.
My internship was in Production & Quality department and responsibility was to learn completely about Injection and Extrusion Blow Molding processes.Took brief introduction about designing of different molds of automotive parts of Cars.Worked on the line balancing of duct vent YLA used in Cars.Worked on productivity enhancement by using mineral additives like CaCO3 with Polypropylene crush inorder to enhance the different properties of PP crush used in blow molding process. Learn all steps related to QA/QC procedure i.e. PCCL, SOP, Check Points, Process Flow Chart, Quality Feedback Report, PDI.
