• Supervise the team in Base Station deployments of PMP sites. Responsibilities include (creating Service profile of corporate customer over sectors, monitoring, and optimization of links, fault findings, alarm removal and bandwidth utilization).
• Scheduled and spontaneous Network Audits at Region/RNC/Site including Physical Site Audits (Antenna Height, Azimuth, Tilts, Location etc.), RAN Parameters & Algorithms, Quality & Network Performance parametric audit in RF domain to identify and remove inconsistencies for smooth operation and ensure quality network.
• Monitor OSS KPIs related to accessibility, retainability, mobility and quality to meet defined quarterly/yearly SLA defined Thresholds already set by Management.
• Extensive field experience including site surveys and deployments(RDL 5000, RDL 3000, RDL 2000, AN80i)
• RF planning & implementation of Point to Multipoint cell sites and Wi-MAX with respect to probable number of subscribers and required capacity.
• RF budget analysis before deployment to check feasibility of wireless links
• Supervising the deployment of P2P links working at licensed band (Equipment: Redline RDL 5000,)
• Supervising the deployment of P2MP/MIMO links working at licensed band (Equipment: Redline RDL 3000,)
• Supervising the deployment/integration of PTP links working at free band (Equipment: Redline RDL 5000, AN80i, RDL 2000,)
Install and configure the Telecommunications systems (HF, VHF, UHF, Microwave Links, Telephony, satellite system) to meet the needs operations
• Providing support to corporate clients for smooth services using CRM, MRTG, router ping responses, RF link analysis and help on phone.
• Network overview report Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis for managerial review to highlight strength and weakness along with proper reason of degradation and rectification/improvement plan
• Supervising the DT team by using Redline DT network tool.
• Troubleshooting wireless networks using a variety of test tools
