Monitor and supervise the CHWs in taluka.
Field validation of SAM, MAM children and PLWs.
Ensure that all SAM children’s referred by CHW reached at OTP.

Ensure the proper followup of SAM and MAM childrens.
Weekly meeting with Nutrition assistant at OTP site.
Conduct awareness session in communities on health and nutrition.
Ensure the supply of logistic (Iron folic acid, MNPs) to CHWs in taluka level.

Union Council Polio Officer
.Monitor the mobile teams in field during campaign and monitor the routine immunization after campaign.
.Ensure the vaccinators are going in field for routine immunization.
.Monitor the process of implementation of the campaign as per guideline and provide feedback to DPEO .
.Attend the daily evening review meeting with SDM at taluka level for every SIAs and record and share the observations with SDM, THO and district officers for corrective action on the following day of the campaign.
.Monitor the timely distribution of DDM cards, Ensure the cards are filled properly.
.Participate in preparation of catch up plan for missed children's and monitor their implementation.
.Monitor and organizing the sweeping activities in the UC as required market survey results.
