 Responsible to monitor MEP teams deputed on different sites across the Pakistan against SLA / contracts.
 Responds to, and resolves complaints raised against contracts in a systematic and professional manner with proper follow up correspondence and manual customer satisfaction surveys.
 Conducting quality visits of ongoing projects and liaise with the project team to validate deliverables as per specification and up to the standard. Also, review all materials received on the site, inspecting them, ensuring that they’re as per approval.
 Proactively supervise the closure of NCRs, suggesting innovative ideas for improvement.
 Review drawings and manage smooth commissioning of the project by coordinating between the client and the project/contractor.
 Overall quality supervision for MEP works and approve commissioning plans in accordance with the project guidelines.
 Guide testing / commissioning processes and motivate specialists to achieve standard results.
 Assist with identification and rectification of commissioning deficiencies / errors.
 Preparing and submitting all handover documents such as built drawings, operation & maintenance manual, commissioning reports and testing/balancing reports to client and finally obtaining a completion certificate.

 Monitor operation & maintenance works which include Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Medical Gases, HVAC, Water Softener plant, Process Pumping, septic water tanks, water wells and Firefighting system across the hospital in compliance to the PPMs issued by the client and ensuring all effective report work including all auditory preparation and checklists.
 Responds to, and resolves complaints raised by occupants in a systematic and professional manner with follow up correspondence and manual customer satisfaction surveys.
 Review the maintenance routine for each utility and facility system and ensure the routines are sufficiently detailed to maintain the performance of the system based on the equipment supplier recommendations or operational experience.

 Plans the need and feasibility of minor additions, modifications and alterations to existing facilities as and when required.

 Responsible for the electrical, mechanical and facility operation & maintenance of the hospital i.e. HVAC, refrigeration, water treatment, medical gases, plumbing, firefighting, generators, water softeners, heat exchanger, process pumping, kitchen equipment, ice machines, walkway freezers and cold rooms etc. The goal is to maximize the property asset value.
 Administer all MEP works, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of utilities equipment as per manufacturer that meet environmental protection requirements within appropriate codes.
