I have been working as a Social Organizer with Snow leopard foundation Gilgit Baltistan and have gained valuable experiences from esteemed organizations. Sure, my training and experience in this field would allow me to make many beneficial contributions to the team Shifa Foundation Pakistan. By virtue of relevant experiences in different institutions the responsibility of the subject position will be undertaken satisfactory. As my CV narrates, I have gained 5 Years valuable experience related to climate change impacts, vulnerability, Draft Agreements, Monitor Livestock Vaccination, Implemented Livestock Insurance schemes in different program sites, Predator proof corral, Lead ungulates, Genetic sampling and socioeconomic Surveys, Plantation, arranged meetings and Seminars, Monthly base Finance Record keeping, Arranged Livelihood Training like SLE, bees keeping, Tunnel Farming, awareness session in different Schools, Monitoring, Prepared working plan, quarterly progress Reports, Coordinated with Partners and communities Conservation natural resources, adaptation assessments and project implementation. I have worked experience, with WWF as an Assistant filed surveyor and calculate Biomass of Baluchistan Provence. During my career I have worked in the Forest department and know how to lead a team in different activities.

Teaching and research activities, project writing, Management plan writing, quarterly working plan writing, Reports writing, field data compile, decoded data like ungulate surveys, Genetic sampling, socio economic and livestock vaccination data, Maintain financial records, scanned Bills, field data and upload in drobox, manuscript writing, seminar /conference organization, arrange meetings in office with stakeholders ,data processing and validation, editing and visualizations, spatial temporal modelling, mapping. GIS Mapping for ungulate survey and Plantation.
Outdoor Activities and Responsibilities
Trail camera technical checking, batteries checking, memory card checking and numbering, Camera trapping survey, Rut and lambing survey of ungulates using Double observer method, Genetic sampling survey of carnivores, Socio economic survey, monitoring project activates like livestock vaccination ,livestock insurance, predator proof corral construction, plantation, duties of community ecosystem health workers and wildlife guards, GPS coordinate recording, ,vegetation sampling, hiding covers analysis, pugmarks and footprint of mammals record , avian community and diversity analysis using direct observation. mapping and conduct interviewers about human wildlife conflicts (hwc), Plantation in project sites, singed agreements with stakeholders.
