Role and responsibilities
Type letters, sending and receiving of emails, update data in databases when needed, upload feasibilities on online feasibilities portal. Entering Docs data into databases and excel spreadsheets, Google sheets.
Ensure that all documents are organized, up-to-date, and accessible to the right people.
Create a filing system and track documents throughout their lifecycle.
Review and update documents for accuracy and compliance.
Update and maintain students data in the databases when needed.
Collecting data from employees and teachers by using Google form.
Prepare presentation in Ms Power Point.
Recieving and dispatch letters and corresponding with concerned person, communicate for further process.
Inbound and outbound calling, emails.
Provide training to employees and teachers on new software and databaseses, field visits to provide on-time training for the completion of students data on online portal/database.Training on hygien and nutrition to teachers.
Entering Data from paper documents into databases and excel spreadsheets, Google sheets. Use of Google sheets, Docs and forms for online data collection.
Corresponding with Supervisor for future and further process of ongoin activity.
Use of Scanner and printer.
