In my current roles, I have contributed to several projects that enhanced the user experience and increased the customer retention rate. For example, I worked with the Mindbridge pvt team to implement a new customer journey system that improved the service quality and excellence. I also developed a mobile app for Glowingsoft that integrated LinkedIn Recruiter and optimized the recruitment process.
