Job Title: Project OFFICER (C.V.P) “Citizen voice Project grant cycle 13” in 11 DISTRICTS (Gawadar, Lasbala, Kech, Kachhi, Awaran, Kharan, Jhal Magsi, Panjgur, Mastung, Washuk and Kalat).
Coordination with donor and PM for timely implementation of project activities
Development of different plans , format for project implementation related C.VP  activities
Supervise youth skills development activities and vocational trainings.
Oversees and administers all facets of the day-to-day operations of the various programs and activities related to the position.
Technical Support to team on program related activities
Provides and/or coordinates the provision of technical guidance, consultation, related support to clientele within area of program focus; provides day-to-day problem solving as necessary on day-to-day program-related needs and issues.
Creates, produces, and delivers a range of promotional, and informational presentations, and/or resource materials related to program activities and initiatives.
Oversees and/or coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of program activity data; develops, writes, edits, and presents comprehensive statistical and narrative program reports and evaluations.
GMIS management and financial Management of program activities
Working and shrining day to day reports and progress with PM.

Visiting and Monitoring of each COMNet deployed HRUC/Area and validation of documents maintained against the checklist.



Randomly Selection of the area in consultation with the provincial COMNet Officer and Provincial UNICEF M & E intervened by COMNet staff for field validation.
Debriefing of the respective DHCSO on the findings and raise the key follow up points to take immediate action on weekly basis.
Sharing of findings on an action sheet with the respective COMNet staff to ensure necessary course correction.
Responsible to ensure that the follow up on key actions points rose as implemented by the respective COMNet teams.
Participated in different UC and District level meetings and trainings done by district and UC polio management teams to ensure the participation and role of COMNet staff on these forums.
Preparing of weekly and monthly reports of each campaign.
Preparing daily reports on data base of EYCON & Federal M & E.
Micro plan validation of 32 HRUCs.
Validation of Mobile teams, Area In-charges & UCPW during intra Campaign.
Taking clusters of vaccination teams during intra Campaign.
Monitoring of VVM during intra Campaign.
Monitoring of daily district level meeting during Campaign under chairman ship of all Stake holders (WHO, GOVT & UNICEF)
Monitoring & re-validation of COMnet Activities during Post Campaign coverage (NA & Refusal).
Monitoring of CBV (Community Based Vaccination) of UNICEF Polio Program.
Micro Census Validation of CBV Campaign.
