Core Responsibilities
Manage cash area effectively to provide service in light of the quality indicators and maintain the integrity of functions at all time.
Take particular training measure to improve the delivery and performance of cash officers and achieve the standard specified by the business in cash area.
Undertake effective disbursals of loan accounts subsequently to the availability of authentic documents and the presence of the customers.
Coordinate the repayment schedules and ensure execution of the repayment on due date.
Undertake opening and closing of the branch as per process ensure joint custodian of the cash vault.
Responsible of all security documents i.e. Cheque books, drafts / pay order, ATM cards or other such instruments and arrange its custody and usage.
Deduct and submit all bonafide taxes, withholding taxes, or other levies and arrange their deposit with SBP as per policy, in this respect all reporting to the Head Office and Regulator.

Approve signature scanning and thumbs impressions in case of any doubt raise by the teller.
Monitor tellers cash vault limits and approve when beyond the assigned limit.
Assess Branch cash vault requirement in order to branch activities for the prospective days and put up demand to Hub Operation department.
Supervise movement of the cash IN OUT of the branch to ensure the safety and integrity of system.
Undertake to prepare the contingency plan for COB and ensure its implementation.
Serve as back up of Branch Manager in due case of absence.

Prepare Term Deposit Report.
Prepare Term Deposit Incentives of all branches
Bike Loan Fund Transfer Reconciliation.
Perform offline transactions when ever any branch supports require.
Off line transactions include deposite/withdrawal / account opening etc
