·         Responsible for review and dispensing of prescriptions of IPD and OPD patients.
·         Perform clinical role for In-Patients as well as Out-Patients by direct dealing with patient counselling, providing information regarding effects, side effects, usage and storage of medicines, ensure patient compliance during follow-up visits
·         Visiting wards, review patients prescription, history, treatment regimen, make discussion with doctors for the rational selection of drugs by following 6 Rights of Clinical Pharmacy.
·         Stock management in satellite pharmacies as well as in central pharmacy to ensure the implementation of standards for e;g FEFO, avoid stock ruptures, temperature maintenance.
·         Prepare and share monthly, semiannual and annual data of stock and patients to head of department in figures and graphical form.

·         Mainly focus on ordering, storage, dispensing and consumption of medicines.
·         Randomly check the prescriptions to ensure the rational use of medicines in clinic.
·         Arrange meetings with other supervisors and doctors regarding the rational selection of medicines.
·         Monitoring GDP from warehouse to end user level, monthly stock analysis to know the expected stock ruptures and planning to overcome the ruptures.
·         Analyze expire and near expire items to planning and forecasting of donation or proper incineration according to standards.
·         Monitoring EPI section in term of record and managing staff, monitoring storage of cold chain items in main pharmacy as well as all other departments by checking vaccine carriers, thermometers and through log tags.
·         Supervising OPD Pharmacy and satellite Pharmacies in all departments to ensure the quality implementation for stock storage, dispensing and consumption.
Sharing monthly data in form of reporting to all concerns about stock levels, new received products, near expires and upcoming ruptures.

·         Focal person of Supply chain management, responsible for ensuring the availability of stock (Medicines and Medical Consumables) at health centers in timely manner and maintain its storage conditions and record keeping in health facilities level as well as warehouse levels.
·         Generate procurement orders for Pharmaceutical supplies, selecting vendors on quality basis as well as pursue them for timely delivery of supplies.
·         Verify the deliveries against purchase orders and pursue for payment process.
·         Manage and Supervise satellite and emergency Pharmacies in District and Taluka Hospitals to ensure the 24/7 service availability. Implementing stock management SOPs and Protocols, responsible for duties rosters for pharmacy staff.
·         Prepare Monthly Reports and share with country Pharmacist.

·         Supervise pharmacy, warehouse and staff at various sites to build their capacities in terms of stock management and maintenance of cold chain items.
·         Methods and manner of storage and record keeping systems to provide safekeeping of pharmaceuticals in line with International drug management and logistics guidelines.
·         Evaluate the drug consumption reports, monitoring visits to field sites for data verification. Discussion with staff for progress and outcomes.
·         Work closely with contracted organizations and coordination with their management for progress.
·         Forecast and prepare drug orders of national and international procurement.
Coordination with District Health Officer for developing combined improved working strategies at health services centers.

·         Work as focal person for supply chain management including forecasting, order processing, Selection and standard specifications of medicine orders.
·         Pursue procurement orders, Monitoring storage, distribution according to requirement and monitoring consumption to ensure the proper utilization of medicines and medical supplies.
·         Provide training on warehousing and stock management to staff for capacity building and implementing standard protocols related with supply chain system.
·         Recording monthly drug consumption and share consolidated to country office.
Monitor and ensure the implementation of standard operating procedures for stock management and stock movement at field level as well as in main warehouse.

·         Responsible to warehouse and its management including receiving, storing and distribution of supplies according to given plans and requisitions.
·         Make necessary arrangements of fleet for timely distribution of supplies to field sites with coordination of logistics.
·         Maintain record of received and dispatched consignments of supplies. Record each and every movement of stock.
·         Ensure safe transportation and receipt of stock according to protocols.
Timely intimate lower limit of stock and near expire stock available in warehouse to the management, ensure the following FEFO for stock movement.

·         Responsible for Pharmacy management including Receiving, maintain storage conditions and distribution of Medicines according to given plans and requisitions.
·         Make necessary arrangements for timely distribution of Medicines to field sites with coordination of programme and logistics department.
·         Maintain proper storage conditions of Medicines including temperature maintaining, following and implementing international protocols of Pharmacy management.
·         Maintain record of received and dispatched consignments of Medicines. Record each and every movement of Medicines and ensure safe move of Medicines according to protocols.
Timely intimate lower limit of Medicines and near expire Medicines to the management.

·         Responsible for warehouse management including receiving, storing and distribution of Raw material, Packaging material and finish products according to given orders.
·         Make necessary arrangements of fleet for timely dispatching of stock to market as per plan shared by management.
·         Maintain record of received and dispatched consignments. Record each and every movement of stock and timely intimate lower limit of stock available in warehouse to the management.
·         Responsible for warehouse maintainance, ensure proper cleaning of warehouse and ensure availability and callibration of equipments used in warehouse.
