Perform Quantities & Material Take offs of United States, Australia & Canada Based Projects.
Use Plan-Swift Software for on screen measurements.
Prepare Detailed Estimation Sheets.
Prepare Bill of Quantities.
Prepare activities schedules by using Primavera P6.
Supervised Residential building’s Construction activities.
Performs site planning and layouts
Prepared Bar bending schedules
Coordinate with clients & sub-Contractors
Asist contractors with construction details
Monitor progress of Civil Contractors as per the Planned schedule
Ensure the construction activities as per drawings
Prepared daily progress reports
