I am a mental health professional working with staff, children, communities, hospitals and clinic in various settings. I am well versed in several counselling techniques and have a compassionate approachable demeanor. My work and career focus on the mental health and psychosocial support needs of individuals and communities affected by humanitarian emergencies and disasters. Experience in working with survivors of torture, rape, war trauma, SGBV, tsunami, earthquake, cyclone, IDP, refugees, and families of missing persons. Centrality of protection technical guidance on GBV risk mitigation into actionable programme interventions and ensure humanitarian programming is safe and accessible for women, Adolescent girls, children, and other at risk groups.
