- Laid the foundation and working on development and growth of L&D department for
Daraz operations team.

- Leading the L&D Department of Daraz Operations across the group i.e. Pakistan, Sri Lanka,
Nepal, Myanmar and Bangladesh.

- Developed and successfully launched Daraz Ops Learning Portal (LMS) which has
successfully hosted training for more than 10K employees across Daraz Group.

- Successfully leading the training of more than 5000 employees during Daraz biggest
hiring that takes place during 11.11 for 2 consecutive years.

- Successfully migrated for conventional training methods to blended learning approaches
across the group.

*Built eLearnning Department from ground up and implemented ChildLife Foundation\'s first online training Programs and Assesment systems through Moodle Platform.
* Conducted TNA to identify the training needs of the staff and developed training plan using a blended learning approach (eLearning and face-to-face) to enhance core capabilities and skills of the employees.
* Responsible for authoring, designing, creating, evaluating and reporting a multitude of online training programs for the organization.
* Continuously working to improve the efficiency of the learning programs by enhancing content through infographics, figurative languages, videos, interactions, etc. * Striving for continuous improvement through audience feedback and course evaluation data.
* Providing Instructional Design consultation to subject matter experts at organization who are exploring eLearning for the first time.

• Designing and delivering trainings (ILT sessions and web-based) covering a range of technical, soft skills, or management areas.
• Working collaboratively with cross-border teams of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Product Line Managers (PLMs) to effectively translate training material and highly technical concepts into user-friendly, professional learning programs.
