• Spring are vital to vehicle because they support the weight of your car and allow it to remain stable even in rough driving condition. • For finding performance of the spring it is necessary to know stiffness of the spring.Having understood the problems of industries • Designed a hydraulic spring stiffness testing machine having capacity(2000kg) which is 3 times less expensive than digital machine with same accuracy or efficiency. It is capable of testing various types of springs of different height, diameters and material. • Less time required for testing(20 sec)unskilled or uneducated worker can also perform testing on this machine that cannot be possible in digital testing machines.
