Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on elevators and escalators according to established schedules.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Conduct tests and adjustments to ensure proper functioning of elevator systems, including motor controls, safety features, and operational mechanisms.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and component replacement, to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.

Develop and create a detailed project plan outlining the scope, objectives, budget, timeline, and resources required for the elevator project.
Coordinate Project Reviews
Prepare and manage the project budget, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize disruptions.
Proper implementation of project elements & dealing with workers
Oversee the procurement process for elevator components, equipment, and services, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Purchasing of tools and equipment needed for smooth execution
of the project.
Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure that elevator installation and maintenance adhere to safety standards and project specifications.
Assemble and lead a project team, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, contracts, change orders, and project reports.
Complete all project deliverables, obtain client acceptance, and close out the project.

Meeting with Potential clients for inquiry and technical requirement.
Site Visits (Dimensions Measurement and location verifcation)
Response to RFQ’s & Preparing Technical Proposal & Financial
Proposal & Educating Client to choose the best option.

Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning of Elevators
Oversee the installation of elevator systems according to engineering drawings and specifcations.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on elevator equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Communicate with clients, building owners, or property managers to provide updates on maintenance schedules.
Provide guidance on elevator usage and safety to building occupants.
