Throughout my years of experience I have been responsible for grants/program management, implementation and compliance. These experiences have helped me a lot in understanding the overall picture and goal of the project cycle and compliance. Among the key responsibilities of my field is also the implementation of business development strategies and contract management which I mastered in my previous assignments. Having liaised with many NGOs for USAID and UN, I possess the strategic skills to communicate and establish liaison with different partner organizations.

Dedicating a larger chunk of my professional life to working for USAID, UN and various other international donor organizations, I picked up the essentials for working a job that requires tireless efforts, operating in diverse and high-risk environment/areas, the thirst to grow and help others grow, effective communication in the most inconvenient of situation, crisis management, conflict resolution and most important of all, efficiency being team leader./p/div
